Our sourcing process is rigorous and unyielding. We work exclusively with tanneries that adhere to the strictest environmental standards, ensuring that our leather is not only beautiful but responsible. We select hides for their character—the natural grain, the subtle imperfections that tell a story of a life lived in nature.
Each jacket takes roughly forty hours to complete. From the initial layout and cutting to the final burnishing of the edges, the process is a dialogue between the artisan and the material. We do not hide the nature of the leather; we celebrate it. We use vegetable tanning processes that take months, allowing the fibers to retain their strength while developing a rich, complex patina that synthetic methods simply cannot replicate.
